Adrian didn't miss the way her eyes moved over the name cards on the table. He was seriously hoping everyone behaved themselves tonight. Despite her being a Slytherin, she wasn't Pureblood. The last thing he wanted to do was spend his evening keeping an eye on others when all he wanted to do was keep both eyes on her.
He raised an eyebrow in surprise when she asked what team he played for. Some might have been offended, but Adrian rather liked it. He liked the fact that she didn't know him because of Quidditch. It meant she wasn't worried about sinking her claws in and that was something he could definitely get used to. She was strange, for sure, but Ade found he kind of liked it.
"I thought I told you to go to a game," he teased, gently taking the drink from her and setting it down on the table. Holding out a hand for hers, he said, "The Falcons, now come on, that dress deserves to be danced in."
