An awkward quiet chuckle left her lips as he spoke, she supposed he had a point. The people who worried her most were the ones who didn't have their guard up, and ones who were not at the ready. They were the ones who got themselves in trouble, which created a domino effect for all others around them. She remembered being such a catalyst, and she wasn't the one who lost their life. "Point made," she said in a whisper but flashed him a smile all the same. Out of all the people she could have stumbled upon, she was glad it was him.
Emily didn't believe they were the only ones having trouble sleeping, more likely that people just remained in their sleeping bags. Course some were fast asleep, but there was no guarantee their dreams were pleasant. "I am sure there are few others plagued by some sort of nightmarish dream." Emily was basing this of her own situation, but then her mind did collect images and she couldn't forget them. No wonder her dreams were not particularly pleasant.
