Yes, it was nice for the trio to get out. She did feel a bit bad for having left their nephew behind, but alas, there was some laws that Uncle B just would not bend--especially when it regarded his family. Instictively, when Bans reached out to offer a small hand of comfort, Alana could not help but smirk up at him.
Ah, what to have? Years ago, she would have said a beer but the quality would have to be questionable at this point, would it not? Liquor, on the other hand, lasted a good, long while. For all of the talk and excitement for the venture to the bar, what she would have when she got there was oddly something she had not considered before. "Yanno, that's a really good question. Maybe just something simple. Rum and coke? Or just rum," she added after a short pause.
Playfully, one hand slipped over and gave a tug on her brother's lapel. "I'm really, really glad you went all out for tonight. O'Briens do clean up very well, I'm proud to say." In all seriousness, her brother looked like a downright fox. Mister Fox. Even in LeeLee's casual clothing, she was quite catching in her own right.
"If you two don't come back to the loft tonight, I won't be offended." Where LeeLee fell on the adventurous spectrum, her baby sister could not say for certain. Bans was still nursing a bruised if not broken heart and Alana would not push there, either. Then there was herself... Goodness, that was just out of the realm of possibility altogether.
Thinking about that kind of thing had her really jonesing for that rum now.
