He motioned to Rodeo, "but there are worse things to worry about these days. I don't want to trust you, but I kind of am. Don't make me regret it. I don't have a prison to throw you in, and I'm not going to kill you, unless you hurt my family. And that would make me no better than you killing for that friend of yours that got stabbed. So please, don't make me shoot you. And make me believe that you've fucking changed. Because right now? I don't believe a fucking word of it."
He reached up to rub at his jaw, thinking, "with that being said, I'm not the only one you need to fucking apologize to. You need to tell Charlie you're sorry. I don't care how you do it. But you're going to do it. Even if she punches the shit out of you afterward. In fact, I really hope she does. Because I'm fairly certain you broke her heart and dragged it through the fucking mud on your way out." He pointed to Rodeo again, "And you tell her I fucking approve, but I don't like it. And as long as she's not paranoid you're going to kill her? I'm going to go with it, and pray you don't make all of us regret it. Make me believe you've changed, Rodeo. Because as far as I see it? Once a killer always a killer. Someone makes you mad again? Take it out on a fucking Walker. Promise me that."
O'Brien talked a fucking lot. And he apparently repeated the fuck out of himself. But he wanted to make everything as clear as possible for Baby Thor. 1. Don't threaten his family. 2. Don't threaten Leah or hers. 3. He didn't like him. 4. Make it up to Charlie, and maybe just maybe she'd take him back. and 5. Don't make him fucking regret it.
