Billie turned her attention to the voice she heard, smiling when she saw his costume. "You're not going to rob me are you?" She recrossed her legs and took a moment to try and understand why he would want to be a burglar for a costume. He'd probably look good as a pirate, Austin Powers, oh she didn't know. Just someone different than a burglar. He was a cute looking kid, probably would get a few girls talking to him for the night. They could easily have used his costume as an excuse to be social.
"Did you come here to have fun? I've had enough of all the bitching going on about this party. Rae is a wonderful girl. This all was well planned and thoughtful." Billie never spat out such kind words about someone without knowing them for too long, but Rae was an exception. She had her intention in all the right places. People needed this, people needed to unwind and remember that good things still were capable of happening despite all that was going on.
"You can come closer, I don't bite...hard anyway." She chuckled just a bit before she made a hand motioned for the stranger to come closer. She could always use a conversation. What was the harm in them?
