SCENARIO: Day of the Dead WHO: Charlie West and Rodeo Williams. WHEN: AU, before the infection. WHERE: A bar in Boston. WHAT: Rodeo hits on the wrong man's date. RATING: High, for Rodeo's filthy ways and character death. STATUS: In progress.
Of all the cities up north that Rodeo had encountered, Boston was one of his favorites. The girls were pretty, the bars were good, and the boys knew how to brawl. He never turned down a run that would bring him to this fair city, especially not when it promised a shipment of guns he simply couldn't refuse. With the promise of good money to be made on the horizon, Rodeo was in a damn good mood that night.
He was celebrating his luck at a real dive of a bar, downing mugs of dark Irish beer and taking bets on a game of darts one of his boys was playing against a local. He only needed one more thing to make it a perfect night, and he was determined not to leave the bar without it. He set down his empty glass with the growing clutter of them on one of the tables near the dart boards, then headed over to the bar for another drink. As he did, he glanced around, looking for the sort of lady he'd like to spend his night with.
