Re: Rodeo / Open
Needless to say the initial blank stare was not what she'd expected at the beginning. Cassie was used to a certain level of lewd commentary and obvious staring at her chest. Leaving her to wonder if maybe she'd just shell shocked him, which was possible, there were a lot of changes going on for people. Heavens knew she was changing pretty quickly.
But that moment passed and he was smirking so apparently she hadn't completely left him out of his element.
A southern boy she determined as he spoke, they were usually a pretty good time. She'd met one or two while she'd been in college and she didn't regret the time she'd spent with them. She might enjoy a little time spent in Rodeo's company even if he'd just left her feeling like she needed to find something more to wear. "I'm sure with the right partner you'd pick it up easy." It was harmless flirtation, she was at a party and she expected to dance with many a boy before midnight chimed in. She flashed him a smile and took a sip of her wine.
