Although she didn’t say it aloud, Nick was quite aware of the fact that she had asked a question that was nearly unanswerable. She just smiled innocently and gave Jax a bit of a clueless look when he responded though, playing dumb just for the fun of it. “Really? It wasn’t a hard question,” she said, shrugging in a way that kind of said ‘oh, well’ like it wasn’t any skin off her nose if he chose to ignore the question. But then he was answering it seriously, and she was fighting down the part of her that wanted to duck her head or blush at the first part of his answer. Limited amount of girls his age, that’s all it is. she chided herself before choosing to focus on the latter have of his statement. “No, I don’t think I am that kind of girl, although I am the kind of girl who’ll make out with someone wasted, so who knows….” A curious expression flickered across her features when he asked her if she wanted to know his opinion, but he didn’t give her a chance to respond before he was trudging forward with said opinion.
Did girls like to see certain parts? Nick considered that for a moment, wondering just how inflated Jax’s ego might get if she actually agreed with him. “Is that really what you think?” She asked with a slight smirk. “So if we don’t like to talk about it, but you know it’s true, what parts exactly do you think girls like, but they’re unwilling to talk about?” Again she may be asking questions that were unanswerable or subject to one person’s opinion, but she was going to ask them anyway, if only to see if Jax would actually reply.
This was definitely better than freezing to death on the other end of the couch, now she just needed to make sure she didn’t do anything overly girly like lay her head against his shoulder or something like that. No, she was definitely not going to do that – after all something like that could give Jax the wrong idea, right? Though she wasn’t certain what idea exactly she wanted Jax to come away from this with. “No, they probably wouldn’t, they’re not built like you,” She let her gaze flick over him as she said this, not realizing that the answer had seemed innocent enough on it's own, but coupled with the action it held a vaguely different meaning. “Oh my god, did you have to go and pose that question?” Nick didn’t want to know if penguins could be zombiefied, although since dogs and other things could be, she kind of figured penguins were probably the same. “Good,” she replied with a faint smile. “This is better.” The last part was said softly, more to herself than to Jax.
