Wren hummed a little giggle as Aiden took hold of his wandering hands, pleased that whatever he was doing, it was apparently a good job. He looked about and then back to Aiden, blinking in shock that Aiden still wanted to stay with him, that he was talking about 'us' and not 'you'. Some part of him had worried that with all the nice other people here he'd be put back in the box like he should have been, only taken out for parties and other special occasions when entertainment was needed.
Then again, he never really thought that Aiden would discard him like that.
He looked a little shocked when Aiden went all serious though, even a little afraid at whatever it was that could make even Aiden sound so grave. He nodded, eyes wide, and repeated what he'd been told to show that he'd heard, like a good boy. "Anyone asks me to play I come get you." he confirmed, nodding and trying to get closer, like the proximity would ease the heaviness of the conversation.
