Wren's moods shifted like a dry leaf in the wind, easily swayed from tears to smiles with praise. He chuckled a little in that quiet way he had of laughing that said he wasn't quite sure that he was allowed to do it, and he snuggled in closer to the heat of Aiden's body, chasing the cold in his bones away.
He let Aiden wipe his face dry and smiled back at him. "I'm here and you are here we're here together." he agreed, although mention of 'games' had him thinking of dark things again. He tilted his head in query, his hand going to rest gingerly on Aiden's thigh. "Are we here to play games?" he asked, unsure as the last overtures he'd made had been rebuffed (as had the last and the last, but it would take longer than even Aiden's persistence this far to break the patterns he'd learned as a child).
