Surprising or not, Jace didn't have the inventory memorized, and the fact that there wasn't a regular supplier played a part. If a bottle was emptied there wasn't always another one to replace it. The looters did what they could to keep them stocked though and Jace appreciated that. Saved the bartenders some effort too, since most of them they didn't have to go out and loot things themselves.
Screwing up his face in thought for a second, he tried to remember that bottles that he'd just shifted. They had mostly the basics, though they had things to make a couple mix drinks too. But most people weren't looking for those, not in Jace's experience. Guess that was the apocalypse, people stopped being picky about their liquor.
"The basics," he replied. "Vodka, whiskey, rum, bourbon, and I think there's a couple cases of beer floating around here. Don't know what kinds though." He shifted to pull a couple bottles off the shelf, setting them on the bar. The kinds that most people came in looking for. "Oh, and wine if you roll that way." It was an afterthought; not many people came in looking for it. Or he wasn't paying attention when they did.
