Well, he hadn't jumped in the surprise, that had to be a plus. Nick almost regretted mentioning the shower to this guy though, 'cause now clearly he was going to the test out the acoustics and God save whoever was stuck in the shower room when he did that. "You should maybe only 'feel it' in a wide open empty space without an audience," she advised, eyebrow raised as she wondered how anyone could enjoy doing something they were kind of horrible at. "Or make sure nobody is around in the showers when you test out the echoes. I don't want to have someone's hearing loss on my head because I suggested you sing there." Normally she might not have been in such a teasing mood, or an honest mood - but this guy seemed like he could take it.
As she sat on the arm of the couch, she was trying really hard not to worry about the guy falling and breaking something. By now the infirmary staff probably didn't want to see him back, that was if this was the kid who'd been hanging out in quarantine there. "So what, you were going to remove one of the lights?" she asked, though the answer seemed obvious. "Why not? I always kind of prefer watching movies in the dark." That was only if she had company, but he didn't really need to know that part. Laughing softly and shaking her head, Nick tipped her head back to get a better look at him when he introduced himself. "I'm Nick," she replied with a slight smile. "I think we met yesterday over the network." at least she thought this was the same guy.
