Seamus was new to loneliness. He had recently lost his uncle, and only family, to the infection. It was a sadly common trait with all the people that were still surviving. Although he didn’t know that anyone else was actually feeling the loneliness. He saw how everyone else interacted with each other. He thought that meant that everyone else had someone to lean on.
Well, he had the people in the infirmary but that was only check ins for his medication.
It would probably be nice for him to know that he wasn’t the only lonely person within the prison. He just didn’t want anyone out of leadership to find out that he wasn’t like everyone else. They didn’t react that well at the last safe house.
He was trying to convince the voice in his head that Evan was a good leader. It was at that time he was alone in the hallway. He barely realized that the dark haired girl had entered from the other end.
What?
“I thought you...” he started to speak before he realized it was a different voice. It wasn’t who he was talking to while he was alone in the hallway. “Oh, I know. I wouldn’t want it at all.”
