Strolls down memory lane were the last thing on Noah's mind. It wasn't as if he weren't willing to talk to people, get to know them that way. Not at all. But when he'd had this on his mind since the day before-- and Vienna had decided to move them along to this part of the evening-- Noah was all for cutting to the chase. They were here, they had privacy, and he knew what he wanted as much as she did. Conversations could happen some other time.
Vienna was tiny, at least compared to his own muscle mass, and Noah indeed had no trouble getting her to where he wanted her. Picking her up seemed like the kind of dramatic gesture she'd like, and also it was a good way to emphasize that muscle definition he'd worked on. She wrapped her arms around his neck and smiled, which meant that she was on board with what he'd done.
The feel of her fingers in his hair made him shiver, ever so slightly, as did the feel of her breath on his ear. The gentle bite made Noah press her to the wall a little harder, and his chuckle was husky. "All I've got? I haven't done anything yet," he pointed out. Then he pulled back enough so he could see her face, which was just as pretty up close and personal as it had been from more of a distance outside that night they'd first spoken. Done talking, he captured her mouth with his, starting out smooth and slow and then accelerating to a deeper, more intense kiss. He thought he could kiss her until he completely ran out of breath, and maybe he would. There was no reason to rush right to it. Buildup was the best way to go.
