If there had been any doubt in Vienna's mind about whether tonight had been a good idea or not, it was definitely quickly dissipating. There wasn't anyway she could have ignored this chemistry, even if she had tried. Sure, Noah didn't know some key things about her, but did she really need to reveal those things if this wasn't serious?
"Well, I do hope there will be more showing than telling," Vienna held eye contact with Noah as she said this. She saw no point in hiding her intentions or where she hoped the night would lead. This was exactly why she enjoyed Noah's company, not many people could capture her attention so entirely in such short a time.
Following Noah's lead, Vienna took a bite of the meal. It wasn't four star by any means, but it was food and she had long ago become thankful for that. Gone were the days of four star restaurants and gourmet dishes, and really she couldn't be choosy, having never learned to cook for herself - she was grateful for those that decided to try and make a meal out of whatever they could scavenge. "You wouldn't have survived on the Upper East Side," she remarked with a small smile. "Nothing about our meals were normal, I can't even remember having a normal meal as a child." Chicken tenders and french fries had never been an option in the Albrecht household.
She simply smiled innocently across the table at him. Her expectations might be high, but she had no doubt he was up to the challenge and would impress her. Where would the fun be in letting him think he could breeze by without much effort though? He seemed to like a challenge and she was more than willing to make him think he would have to work to impress her. "You better." Vienna warned, her tone serious, though her expression was not.
