It was definitely a good idea. Kori knew that the little kids mostly didn't understand what was going on. They wanted to do what all little children wanted to do and just be happy and have fun. That was harder to do with the way they were having to live now and any little bit of normalcy would be good for them. Nick's idea would be great for them. A little bit of holiday cheer, no matter the holiday, was always good for getting smiles put on the faces of the little ones and Kori was entirely on board with it.
Kori had been thinking of doing costumes for not only the kids but for the adults as well if they wanted them. You'd be surprised at the things that you could turn into a costume after all. And no one was ever too old to dress up for Halloween. That was the whole damn point of the holiday after all. Well, that and candy. It wasn't Halloween without a sugar induced coma or two.
She was working on those costumes when Nick came into the shop and towards the back where she was settled at the sewing machine. She had yet to decide what she wanted to be so she was making a few generic costumes that she was sure would be used, like the angel one she was working on at current. Some white fabric and a makeshift halo and it would be perfect.
She turned her attention to Nick when she entered and she grinned at her. "Hey," she murmured. "Definitely. I've got a notebook over there and a pen if you wanna grab that. Figured it'd be nice to keep all the ideas in one place."
