She made a face at the walkie, the fact that Maddie couldn't see it entirely unimportant. "You know what they say about being cocky right?" she retorted, "It's all the sweeter to prove you wrong." Lame but whatever, this was all fun in a way that was typically reserved for hanging out with Luke, but then Maddie was basically female Luke so that wasn't all that unusual; she tried to avoid actually calling the red head Luke, that would be creepy.
George grinned at the challenge. Her expression turning downright mischievous. Oh this was going to be fun, she loved a good challenge. "You know just for that I'm going to have to get five to prove you wrong." Then it wouldn't be luck, that would be skill. One was lucky, two a streak, anything above three? Well George saw that as practice making perfect in this game. And she had plenty of ammunition to work with considering her more cautious shooting style.
It wasn't so much that she was a perfectionist, she just liked to win. Boy did she like to win, it was probably a failing on her part but it was just so much fun to beat someone at something. "Tell you what, first one to get five shots wins and has to take the fall the next time the victor does something to annoy O'B. You in?" She taunted as she followed a shuffler as it inched around. Perfect practice target as she felt comfortable enough to finally shoot.
It looked good up until the paint exploded just a little to the right of it's left eye and making it look like it had plastic seaweed falling of it's nose. She braced herself for the coming mockery from her friend over the radio.
