Maybe he shouldn't have been so angry. At least not at her-- and that was the thing. O'Brien wasn't necessarily angry at Taisce. He was angry with Marty. And the situation. And why had he fucking abandoned his post?? Had he abandoned his post?? And Furthermore why had Taisce taken up for the bastard???
Making his way into the recreation building and heading straight for the stairs, he started up them. He could still hear Taisce following behind, so he gave a glance back over his shoulder just to see if he could see what she was up to. She'd never actually been to his and Luke's place, she was right. So of course she needed to know how to get there.
Leading Taisce all the way to the top floor-- what was that? the fourth floor? Fifth? Something like that, he made his way down the hall to his and Luke's door. Digging into his pocket, O'Brien pulled a keyring with quite a few keys on it out, and gave a glance over toward Taisce.
He motioned toward the door, "Luke and I changed the locks." Well. O'Brien had changed the locks. But he and Luke were the only ones that had keys to it. And yes, there had been a day where he'd gone into Ossinning just to find new industrial locks and doorknobs. It made sense. He didn't want anyone stealing their shit. Sure, an expert lock picker could have broken in still, but at least this prevented a little.
Taking a moment to unlock the door, he opened it and started inside, giving a cautious look around-- always a cautious look around. That was the first thing you did when entering any room!
