"Pleasure to me you, Mimi." Wren answered, releasing the other woman's hand. Wren wasn't usually very talkative but since she actually seen a future here at Sing Sing, she had decided upon her arrival that she'd make an effort here. Besides that, life had become solitary. She wasn't sure if it was because of the outbreak and losing touch with her family or just life, was this time she was supposed to get sick of her reclusive lifestyle.
Sighing, Wren nodded. "Yeah, about a month ago. I'm still getting used to... everything." she affirmed, making sure to keep her mouth as visible as possible. Wren had noticed Mimi's distinctive voice immediately and had known a few people in the past with hearing difficulties. Since she didn't know sign language, Wren kept her mouth visible. "New York, my last safe house was Grand Central."
The book she'd chosen laid ignored in the face of human interaction. Wren loved reading, but desired more than that these days. "What about yourself? Been here long?"
