WHO: Jon & Sia WHAT: Taking a walk WHERE: Sing Sing, the playground for now WHEN: backdated to June 12th, afternoonish. RATING: Low. STATUS: in progress
Communicating with people on the network was one thing, meeting them in person was another. Sia had never really been one of those people that used the internet before the outbreak, but she started to understand why so many people seemed hooked on it back then. Talking to people was a lot easier that way. Not that she absolutely couldn't socialize, but it was so much more convenient if she did it from the safety of her room.
And now she had agreed to meet up with someone she didn't even know to go for a walk. It would be good to talk face to face to an adult though, she loved kids and she liked spending time with them, but it was about time that she talked about something that had nothing to do with horses, cars or... Bob the Builder, who had apparently managed to survive the apocalypse, thanks to countless DVDs and toys the kids loved to play with. She was early, since she never knew how fast she would be able to hop around, so she limped over to the picnic benches and sat down, waiting for Jon to arrive.
