Harlow had done a lot of traveling once the infection began, wandering like a nomad, but he hadn't really left his home state before heading into the city. He had no idea what the state of the world was like outside of the Tri-State area, and he wondered if it was any better or worse down south were the population hadn't been as dense.
"Traveling wasn't terrible. Good when I got restless. But the city has its perks," Harlow said as they turned the corner, approaching the library. "The biggest being all the people." He didn't like being alone much. "And I mean, where else can I find dashing boys in badass hats?"
