Mathew Avery Compton II ([info]opnmouthcroc) wrote in [info]idrisacademy,
In a matter of seconds, the prankster was on his back, red paint a soaking mess around him. Mac followed the entire sequence of events with both eyes unblinking, seething in silence.

The paint did indeed seem like blood, such a gory color it was. If not for the overwhelming smell of spirit, he would have that Cid was bleeding profoundly. Mac recognized him of course, as he was one of the mages from some of Mac's classes. His hatred of Therians was also another piece of information Mac remembered, among other things, things that were not fondly retrieved from memory.

Mac wanted to just move forward a few inches and clamp his jaws around Cid's head. A tempting notion it was, for sure. In fact, it would be quite justified, seeing as how Cid was in his room, trying to play a prank on him. Mac laughed despite his initial frustration, a low growling sound that could easily be mistaken for a prelude to an attack.

The reptile advanced towards the boy, toothy grin in place--it was not a pretty sight. The silent scream only made him more determined.
