I know people asked for this repeatedly on livejournal, and it was never implemented. No clue why; perhaps it would strain the servers, and if that's the case I can live without it here, but...

I would love it if we could search our journals. It would be especially helpful for old, old entries that I never tagged, as well as imported entries that had the tags blown away in the process. I imagine it could take a lot of resources for indexing and what-not, so I understand if it's an impossibility.
