Tag feature malfunction on Semagic

I'm not sure if this is the right place to put it, but if not, please let me know.

If anyone of you is familiar with the client Semagic, it's a program that allows you to update and edit your entries without having to use a web browser. The tag function appears when I logged into my GJ account, so I wonder why for some reason the tag function didn't appear for IJ. While this is not an urgent issue, but for tag happy users like me, I would appreciate it if anyone could investigate this issue.

Use tags in the community
To everyone in the community, I must say it would be very helpful if you tag your entries so I don't have to fish through this journal to find an idea that was already addressed! That or I can't find tags on this layout and I'm really exhausted to look.
