One of my primary uses for an on-line journal is to post "Video Blogs," embedding videos hosted at YouTube.com or Photobucket.com.

It was disturbing to find out today, after paying for a permanent membership, that InsaneJournal deliberately takes extra steps to prevent users from embedding video in our journal entries.

Had I known that in advance, it's very likely that I would not have gone for a permanent account.

What's the likelihood of that policy being changed?
