04:25 pm - *it's been a long, long time* Yup! iconics is back! I apologize for the very long delay since our last contest. Bunny got really, really busy and I got really, really lazy and we just put it all off. In the meantime, we changed a couple of things. First, on nominating icons. Previously, the rule had been that you couldn't nominate an icon if it had been nominated in any of the three prior contests. Now, if an icon was nominated in the previous contest, you cannot nominate it in the current contest. For example, if something is nominated in January, it can't be nominated again until June, whether it wins or not. And that brings me to the next change. We will be hosting four major contests each year: January, March, June and September. We will occasionally have an "extra" contest with special rules! Sort of bonus contests, if you will. So, let's get this thing going again and show show those icon-makers out there how much we appreciate what they do. You've got a week to nominate and I am looking forward to seeing what you like!
