This asylum is for icon makers and is supposed to be a friendly place where you can ask questions, discuss making icons and share good places for resources.

1) No flames! Be courteous to everybody.
2) If you think something is bad, please say so kindly and with constructive criticism. Tell the maker why you don't like something and be precise about it (e.g. too much contrast, too dark, too polarised, overladen, over sharpened...)
3) Please remember that not everybody knows the same terms as you do! It's called a language barrier and while someone may know the effect they might not be familiar with the English terms for it (especially the new makers)
4) When posting questions or tutorials, please tell us which program you used.
