"I wouldn't mind transforming for them if they wanted to see. I just don't want to freak them out because yeah, my middle form is kinda scary." Teddy was babbling. He had looked in the mirror one time and had almost given himself a heart attack at the realization that he was looking at this reflection. The middle form was one that you had to grow to love.
Breathing a little to slow down his words, he flicked his eyes up to look at Teddy again. "Yeah, if you'll still have me, I'd like that." It was reassuring to know, again, that Billy's parents would be cool with him being around, but the nervous feeling probably wouldn't go away until he came back from the trip to the Kaplan home.
He wanted to impress them because they were Billy's parents. He knew he would have to cut the swearing that he indulged in down, but it would be easy when he knew that he was trying to impress some important people to Billy.
