Kazimir had been locked up in solitary after his little bit of 'fun' with Draco. But if the people in charge thought that was going to stop him, well, they had another thing coming to him. It was a game to him, life was a game, and he never gave up so easily! He liked to win! Even if what the prize was was rather unidentifiable.
After supper, which he had picked at (because he had no real need to eat human food, and there was garlic in some of it, which made him want to retch), he wandered around, looking for fun. And by fun, he was of course looking for someone to play with.
Slipping out through the back doors, that was when he saw his quarry and a sly little smile crossed his lips and flashed his fang. With silent steps he went up behind Draco until he could curl a hand into his shirt, fisting in the fabric and lean over to murmur in his ear. "You were a bad, bad boy, and told on me."
