Re: Yay!
You look good. She thought he looked good? Well, that was only because she hadn't seen him in years. Because the last time she'd seen him she had been upset that any other way he looked would have been good. He could have had a beard and she would have said he was looking good, in Harry's opinion, though that may or may not have been true. The comment was disregarded as he turned to make his escape, moving down the too-long hallway, heading to the corner so he could turn the horseshoe and get to his room. It was times like these when he wished he was on friendlier terms with Sirius (that Death Eater), so he could cut through his office and his room to get to his quicker. But he wasn't. So he had to go the long way. Which meant that there was much more of a chance of Ginny catching up to him.. she would get him just as he was turning the first corner, and he would stop when she said his name again, this time much closer to him.
Slowly he turned, hair on the back of his neck standing up as he faced her, green eyes looking forward and taking in her full appearance before lifting back up to her face and he tried very hard to control his breathing. In and out, Harry. Carefully. In and out. It took him almost a full thirty seconds before he rolled his head on his neck and cleared his throat, then spoke up. Finally.
"Ginny." The name came easily enough out of his mouth, and he pushed both hands firmly down into the one pocket on the front of his hoodie, hands intertwining together with themselves as he let out a slow, even breath.
