Adith took a moment to look round. Everything was so neatly ordered. He could never have kept anything so well organised but then again there were so many things to do, so many things to read, to try and understand. The piles of newspapers might clutter everywhere in his home but they recorded his triumphs and his failures and they were his only clues to the world his visions showed him.
He turned to face the man who addressed him. He looked tired, very much so, but Adith supposed that came with the stresses of the job. He was richly dressed though and most well made-up within the current fashion. It suited him.
"I...not very much, not about the monster, but I do know you are its next victim, sir." He said. "Tonight, I think. You'd be best to take a cab home."
