Eppie smiled, something knowing and indulgent in her expression as she finished up a last set of curlicues and ornate petal-shapes. "I'm still 'cause I 'ave t'be." She explained, laughing a bit. She didn't need to look up at the ship's mechanic to know that Aurora was annoyed, and likely streaked with grease...anyone with an iota of intuition could sense that from the air surrounding the girl. "Just...one mo.." Concentrating, Eppie put the last touches on that section of her design and then wiggled her toes happily, carefully setting her tools aside and covering the little dish of henna paste. She turned to Aurora, smiling up.
"Yeh look terrible, dear." she laughed, but not unkindly. She hardly knew the mechanic - not much at all, besides conversations around the mess table and such - but somehow she felt a kinship with the girl. There was something about having another girl about that made the place feel...homey, somehow. Much more nice. She looked concerned at that telltale crease in the brow and stiffness of movement. "Want me t'rub yer neck a bit? Y'look awf'ly sore."
