Hermione, in an effort to learn more about the Veil, accidentally resurrected the dead. Regulus Black returned to the living, Sirius too. Even Bellatrix came back. Was that it? No one’s sure. The Ministry has been trying to play cover up since it happened. That was two years ago. Everyone thought certain families were dead and gone, but with their return, blood relatives of the scariest families are cropping up from their hiding places across the world.
