Nine months after the fall of Voldemort and Azkaban is getting over-crowded. What is the Ministry's solution to this? Release the Death Eaters and attempt to reform them.
Is it really possible to reform a Death Eater? Or does the old adage 'Once a Death Eater, Always a Death Eater' hold true?
Just three weeks into the Death Eater releases, it has all gone to hell. Gawain Robards, head of the Department of Corrections and the one who pushed this controversial legislation through the Wizengamot, has released ALL of the Death Eaters from Azkaban without any of the carefully considered checks in place to ensure the public's safety.
Now there are Death Eaters on the loose again, vying for Voldemort's position, planning their takeover of the wizarding world and killing once again.
The Order are desperately recruiting new members and trying to deal with once again being at war.
The question is, who will win this time?*
Most Wanted: Amycus Carrow, Neville Longbottom, and others.
* This has NOT been decided and will be determined by in game actions.
