 Whole Premise Character ListPBsRulesApplication After the battle in the Department of Mysteries in June of 1996, The Time Room was left in ruins, only to be sealed by the Unspeakables and later attempted to be broke into by Death Eaters. While the Death Eaters did not succeed, they left a tiny sliver. This allowed the time magic, broken from their magical encases, to spread at a slow rate.
The spread went undetected until 2002 when people exposed to the magic were physically reverted to younger forms, retaining their memory, and random spots where the magic gathered pulled those once deceased from their own respective times. |
