I was going through my bookmarks and realised that I'd marked this one to read later, then never did. FOOLISH ME.
I loved this a lot. Harry's anger and confusion and loneliness was fantastically written. I had a little moment at the point when Harry thought he might be spending Christmas alone, poor woobie.
I gotta say that while 'Fixit' was hilarious as the zen-like cult leader, I totally got why Harry was so freaked out by it. I found myself wishing at the end that Draco could find a happy medium. I loved the return of snarky irritated Draco, but it was so sad that he just gave up on something he had worked so hard for, over one screw up.
The relationships between all the characters were marvellous, the cheerful mediocrity of Harry and Ginny's relationship, the sheer blokiness of Harry and Ron's friendship. It was all so great.
