Hi everyone! My name's Annalisa, and as Jai has told you all already, I will be getting things up and running around here as soon as possible.

However, I have a problem. I have received less than half of the assignments that were required by May 1st and many have asked me for extensions. The most recent announcement (that I would begin posting on Wednesday) was made before I had gotten everything organized and was clearly premature, so I do apologise for spamming your friend's pages/email inboxes.

I am extending the official deadline for all work to Saturday, May 10th, and posting will begin on Monday, May 12th. Please, please, please get as many submissions to me by the 10th as you possibly can or at the very least let me know when your submission will be ready.

If you have already submitted yours, thank you ever so much. You may sit back, relax and wait for the posting to begin -- or for me to contact you about pinch hitting if that becomes necessary.

Apologies again for the craziness around here! I am available by LJ comment/LJ message/modly email (hp.traditions@gmail.com)/personal email (xtinguishedflame@yahoo.com) at almost all hours of the day if you have any questions at all.

Hi everyone,

The fest, contrary to obvious appearances, hasn't been forgotten.

As you've all noticed, this fest has been fairly badly run up until now, and for that you have my most sincere apologies. I didn't expect the health problems I have had when I started it, and I should have brought in help a long time before this.

On that note, sappholococcus has most kindly offered her services to start getting things back on track. She will be getting things organised, and starting to post on Wednesday when she has tracked down the final submissions, or let me know we need a pinchhitter.

Hopefully with her help, things will go a lot more smoothly from here.
