I regret to inform you that you are not the center of the universe. I was unavoidably delayed and by the time I reached your office, you had left. So, from where I sit sipping tea it is you who was absent during out pre-arranged rendezvous.

You’re no different from what you were when we were students. Have you learned no humility in eighteen years? True, you are without your friends now (unless there is something more I should know about your continued association with one escaped criminal?), but you still expect everyone to cooperate with you. You still expect everyone to willingly rally behind the former Gryffindor prefect and play follow the fucking leader. Well, I won’t. I’m my own man now. I’ll do as I like.

Yes, I promised Dumbledore I would make your potion, and I will if only to show you of what I am capable. But I do not have to like it. And I certainly do not have to like you.
