Summary: Draco is never going through a pumpkin maze again. At least not without Ginny.

A flash of red caught the edge of Draco's vision, and he turned his wand in that direction, sending lumos light into the dark. Nothing but the giant pumpkins stood, so vividly orange in the glow of his wand that they looked as though they were on fire.

"Weasley, come back," Draco called, feeling the beginnings of fear shiver up his spine.

He could hear her laughter from far off, somewhere beyond the pumpkins, beyond the twisting dark vines which lay like snakes upon the ground. Draco frowned. Why had he agreed to this, again?

A sudden shadow, and he cried out as arms enveloped him, leaping upon him from behind. Draco tried to cast a spell but Ginny was quicker, darting away as she spun before him, beaming wickedly. "You still caught back here? I've been through twice already."

"I'm never doing a pumpkin maze with you again," Draco scowled, as Ginny blew him a kiss. That girl would be the death of him.

Still, he felt his heart thump in his chest, as she reached out for his hand, grasping his fingers tight. "Come on, I'll help you through," Ginny said, and they set off into the maze together.
