I see congratulations are in order, and best wishes for a rousting campaign. You'll win in a landslide, I'm sure. Your competition simply does not compare. And who is this young jackanapes who thinks he can be Minister? His home life is most irregular, and a foreign one at that. Unless some impossible parfit gentil knight throws his hat into the ring now that it's been opened, your success is assured.

In light of this and your no doubt suddenly very busy schedule, I believe it's time to call the Board for a vote and have the very sound satisfaction of showing Lucius how the wind is changing. Do call on me if you have need. I shouldn't like this sordid business to interfere with high office.
