This note is to inform you that your presence is required before the Board of Governors at half-two Thursday, 18 June, 2009. You will, of course, schedule your lectures around this appointment.

A parental complaint has been brought against you; should you wish to acquaint yourself with its contents prior to your initial hearing, a copy has been sent to the Headmaster of Hogwarts School, Professor Severus Snape, and is on file in his office. At the moment it is accessible only to you, Professor Snape and the Deputy Headmaster, Professor Horace Slughorn. Should a full-scale inquiry be scheduled, other individuals may, as necessary, be cleared to read it. Any questions you may have on the matter should be directed towards me.
