Subject: Decorations and Music

I know that I haven't been in touch. Things have been rather hectic. Thank you both for all the ideas for the cakes, but I went with one of my original choices. I suppose I'm a bit sentimental, but the pond cake reminded me a really fun day that Bill and I spent with my brother and Lily last summer. The baker promised to even add a bit of sugarpaste duckweed to the cake for me.

Most of the large things have been taken care of or will be taken care of. I did manage to find a band that I rather liked to perform during the ceremony and reception. But I need to have certain pieces picked out so the can obtain the sheet music and practice if they aren't familiar with the song. Mrs Weasley, it's traditional for a mother to dance with his son. What song would you like to dance with Bill to? i think it's best if you pick out the song. Making choices in regards to the wedding seems to stress Bill out quite a bit.

I'm a little torn in regards to centerpieces for the table as well. I don't want to be heavy handed with flowers, since the ceremony will be in the garden and the marquee will be over looking the garden as well. I was thinking lantern or maybe floating candles or pyramid shaped candles or... something. I'm really at a loss.
