Sun, Apr. 10th, 2011, 03:31 pm beholder_mod: FIC: "Come Back To Me" for sealcat
Recipient: sealcatAuthor/Artist: purplefluffycatTitle: Come Back To Me Rating: R Pairings: Grey Lady/Bloody Baron, Nearly Headless Nick/Fat Friar Word Count: About 11,200 Warnings/Content Information (Highlight to View): * As the main characters are ghosts, their deaths - in the literal sense - are a part of the story. The tale does not feature 'character death' in the manner that fic-readers/-writers usually use this term, however; the characters are still very much in existence after they cease being mortal. I hope that this makes sense, and is ok with you, sealcat :-) <*. Summary: After the Battle of Hogwarts, the castle ghosts are in terrible pain. Convalescing, Severus thinks he might be able to help. A tale of now, and of centuries past - for to go onward, sometimes one must be forced to look back. Author's/Artist's Notes: Thank you very much, sealcat, for the opportunity to explore the ghostly characters, and all it means to be a ghost in the world of Harry Potter; I do hope you like the result :-) Also many thanks to bethbethbeth for once again running this most excellent of fests! "Come Back To Me"( Don't forget to return to this post to leave feedback for the author!)

Recipient: snapesgirl Author: ze_dragonTitle: Two, Divided Briefly Pairing: Grey Lady/Bloody Baron Rating: PG Word Count: ~1400 Summary: The Bloody Baron didn't like reminders, but the Grey Lady had nothing but reminders to offer. Author's Notes: Thanks to my betas for their speedy and brilliant work. And mucho mucho thanks to the mod that dealt with my crazy lateness. The title is from Emily Dikinson's The Grave( Two, Divided Briefly )
Thu, Apr. 30th, 2009, 12:22 pm bethbethbeth: FIC: "Lady of Sorrows" for flourish
Recipient: flourishAuthor: miramiraficficTitle: Lady of Sorrows Rating: PG Pairings: The Grey Lady/Sir Cadogan Word Count: 5274 Warnings: Mild violence and an ending of the non-"happily ever after" variety Summary: A budding romance between a ghost and a portrait could be a tale out of a storybook. But does Helena Ravenclaw's "fairy godfather" have good intentions, or something more sinister in mind? Author's Notes: flourish asked for a complicated, non-fluffy relationship where magic was an integral part of the story. I hope this suits. (Also, I hope Cadogan's frequent use of "my lady" doesn't come across as smooshy; I certainly didn't intend it to. Please imagine him saying it in the most respectful fashion possible.) Thanks to my beta and the fest organizer for their help and patience. ( Lady of Sorrows )
