I enjoyed this take on Marietta; I've always found Hermione's actions here horrifying, and I like the way you've put Marietta's "betrayal" into plausible perspective.

"You were a kid. You were scared," Greg said with a scowl. "Anyone who expected otherwise is an idiot."

I like Greg's gruff support and the believable, endearing awkwardness of their first sex together.
