Lucius has always been a master at misdirection, and I can see him giving his father the wrong information about Severus just to yank his chain. (Slytherins have to learn treachery and manipulation somewhere, what better place than at home? LOL)

I adore Poppy and think she has far more depth than the sweet person everyone assumes she is. I'm glad you enjoyed this take on her.
