Lovely! Minerva/Amelia is one of my very, very favourite pairings, and you show a lot of what I love about them -- the fact that they're both confident, thinking, politically-minded women with a sense of justice, and of course, wrinkles and angles.
I admire your Minerva for how calmly she reasons (in an argument she must have had hundreds of times before), and I really like that she has nuanced thoughts about marriage, advocating equal rights but not uncritically applauding the institution (I was surprised to see them having that discussion in -- the mid-eighties, is it? the international wizarding community was a lot further ahead than its Muggle counterpart). Also, I simply love that she calls Amelia her beloved.
My beloved. Winky thought that was a nice term. Much more descriptive than "husband" or "wife". -- I'm with Winky here.
Winky's POV was really well done, too. You show the dilemmas into which their upbringing can get them, you portray her with respect, and I love the little glimpses at Elfish culture and her many beautiful insights and thoughts. I was especially charmed by her musings about words.
