Wow! So well done: to make Umbridge a believable breathing woman from the bare skeleton that she is in canon and yet keep her exactly true to that...

Her, imagining Minerva and Ro in all vividness, exciting her and fuelling her jealousy and hatred, her self-hatred included. It's so painfully real.

Many awesome lines here and remarkable scenes, fleshing out her, her life, in just a few words...

To name a few things I noticed, which make this a very believable, enjoyable and touching fic, no matter all of Dolores's nastiness: the librarian-porn, the love for the kittens, sneakily observing McGonagall and Hooch, the bloody quill, the stunners and then these few lines of her dealings with her professor.

Thanks to Kelly and her Beholder Meme I found this story and I enjoyed it thoroughly!
