Absolutely gorgeous and rich with perfect details. Each character is so fully realized in these little vignettes. I love that we never know exactly what's in the paper, nor who is at Mallet's door at the end. The whole feeling of this is that each character is standing at the precipice, and that's how we're left feeling, too. Beautifully done.
