Aaaaah, that was marvellous!! Loved the opening sequence, and then the pacing that followed was perfect. Loved Albus's characterisation just so much, and I loved the little details that slowly built that characterisation up -- well, that goes for Viktor and Scorpius, too, in fact. Sitting at a bar reading a book; sitting naked on the couch eating ice cream; pushing up his glasses at a nightclub -- such perfect details that say so much. Absolutely love it.
And just, the whole story was so romantic and endearing and suited Albus's personality (as established in this story, at least) so very well. Viktor was sexy as hell, too, despite (because of?) your assertions that he wasn't conventionally handsome or sexy. Win! The sex scenes utterly melted my spine.
Loved the Scorpius/Rose, too, and eeeeee, so charming: just when you want to whack Scorpius across the face so many times, he comes back with some detail about Rose that makes you forgive him. Aww! Love that you didn't dwell on the details of his family situation, either; it's just enough hints that we get it, and it speaks such volumes for his character that despite being an arse in so many ways, he's so decent as well. And his comments about Hermione were made of win.
In sum: loved it!! Hey, I even have an icon for this. :)
