Oh, this is wonderful. I love so many things about it: Hermione (you have her down pat, by the way - I love the way Eileen perceives her, shining with zeal and all!) contacting both Eileen and Tobias; the houseful of Gryffindors + Luna and Draco (your Draco made me grin) rallying round Severus; "Toby"; Luna; the house being sulky because its inmates were out of kilter; so many other things that I can't remember now. But mainly, of course, I love your Eileen, coming to terms with her past, her son, her husband. She's very persuasively drawn - I was shocked when I realised that she had abandoned Severus, as well as Tobias, but you make her completely believable and sympathetic. Lovely work!
